LOFT

Une harmonie subtile en equilibre entre theatralitee et epure. La rehabilitation de cet ancien hangar parisien devenu loft avait comme enjeu majeur la valorisation des volumes et la circulation de lumiere. Une renovation tournee vers la recherche de materiaux nobles et textures enveloppantes afin de rechauffer l'atmosphere. Des agencements sur-mesure ont permis de traiter au mieux les usages de ce lieu de vie en gardant un maximum d'ouverture. Les habillages graphiques ont mis en valeur la monumentalite des dimensions de l'ouvrage donnant a cet espace un aspect raffine et singulier.

A subtle harmony balancing between theatrality and minimalism. The major challenge facing this former Parisian hangar turned loft was to enhance the volumes and circulation of light that were lacking at the back of the building. The renovation focused on the use of noble materials and enveloping textures to warm the atmosphere. Tailor-made layouts ensured that this living space was as open as possible. Graphic cladding emphasized the monumental dimensions of the structure, giving the space a singular appearance.
